Jewel Booking is a division of Jewel Tours or Asia Jewel Tours truly registered in Vietnam. It is an innovative, powerful and wonderfully convenient for Business to Business providing instant confirmation for worldwide hotels, transfers incorporating state-of-the art technology.
The access to this program is strictly controlled by Jewel Booking, all the information including pictures, designs, logos, text, audio, videos contained within this website is copy write protected. Copying, reproducing, improper use, disclosing of information is strictly prohibited. Jewel Booking reserves the right to change and enhance details within the website from time to time.
Jewel Booking is committed to globally serve tour operators, travel agents and or any form of Business to Business.
To access to this website shall imply the acceptance of the terms & conditions, Jewel Booking reserves the right to offer a login ID, password and company code to access Jewel Booking online reservation system, to a travel agent, tour operator, wholesale travel company and any form of Business to Business agent providing hotel and other travel components booking service. Access codes provided to agent personal become the responsibility of the organization and are not allowed to be transferred or disclosed to a third party, for security reasons Jewel Booking reserves the right to change the access codes, it is the duty of the agent to notify Jewel Booking on the termination/resignation of an employee of the organization so that such access codes can be inactivated to control misuse and possible liability of credit facility.
All rates quoted are either commissionable or Nett-Non Commissionable (subject to the agreement with the agent).Quoted Hotel Rates are per room per night basis, inclusive of all taxes and service charges, transfers is base Per Person Basis.
Rates quoted could either be for the following: Room only, Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board, or All inclusive. Rates are quoted in Vietnam Dong, US dollar, Thai Baht, EURO, Malaysian Ringit, Singapore dollar and Sterling Pond depending on separate agreement with the agents and are highly confidential. In cases where Government increases Taxes, currency fluctuation, or any similar situation, such prices will be amended even after confirmation of bookings.
Child supplements are individual to hotels and will be as per the policy of individual hotels, Infants under 2 years are generally free.
Trade fairs, international congress and conventions rates may be higher than the published rates in the system, in an event of increase in rates or change in dates. New rates will be applied to all reservations even previously booked and confirmed cases.
Bookings Reservations ProcedureAll bookings via www.jewelbooking.com, if rooms are available in the system, it be will instantly confirmed and guaranteed to the hotel. If cancelled before the deadline, no charge. If cancelled after given deadline one night charge or 100% cancellation charge for entire stay will be applied depending on each hotel’s cancellation policy. When you make a booking, the cancellation policy will be pop up automatically.
All bookings via www.jewelbooking.com, if rooms are available in the system, it be will instantly confirmed and guaranteed to the hotel. If cancelled before the deadline, no charge. If the rooms are on request (When you log in www.jewelbooking.com you can view status of your booking by the left column on the webpage). Anyway upon the rooms are confirmed the system will generate email to you accordingly. Number of guest per room in hotels is defined in the booking inventory; child in room must be specified during booking with age limit, extra bed and meals cost are generally charged by respective hotels.
Additional night booking after departure will be treated as a new reservation.
Transfers services booking enquiry 72 hours in advance treat as confirmed. After mentioned period we will treat as a request to formally enter into a legal binding contract according to the terms and conditions in the system.
This reservation system is only for individual reservations (Bellow 5 rooms) bookings that appear to be group (From 06 rooms or more) by nature will be cancelled without prior notice.

VouchersAgents may use their own vouchers or voucher printer out from www.jewelbooking.com all such vouchers should state the booking confirmation number and details services booked as the voucher printer our from our website online booking system.
Suppliers may refuse to accept guest when information is incomplete, inaccurate and illegible.
Special NotesThe Agent, Tour operator shall be responsible for flight bookings and informing such correct flight details to Jewel Booking as well as indicated in the booking confirmation. Any amendments in flight details by the Agent after confirmation of bookings should be immediately informed to the receiving Agent at the respective destination.
The Agent shall be responsible to inform their customers to obtain necessary entry visas as required along with all personal and family documentations such as passport bearing at least 6 months validity as required by the destinations visited. The customer is also responsible for his/her baggage and personal belongings throughout the stay booked with Jewel Booking.
Standards facilities of similar hotel category are different from country to country according to the regulations applicable. Accommodation information is generally provided by hotels; any inaccuracy is not under responsibility of Jewel Booking.
Properties may change name or trade name from time to time; this should not constitute as a change of hotel or modification of the reservation.
Jewel Booking will not always be able to provide the Agent with notice of renovation works at hotels or extensions of such renovation over the planned dates. Furthermore Jewel Booking shall not be liable for such renovation works.
Jewel Booking shall not be responsible for any accident, loss, annoyance, delay or expense due to quarantine, strikes, any other event or force of nature, failure of any other means of conveyance or change in transit or hotel service and other cause over which Jewel Booking has no control.
Jewel Booking reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a member in a tour or to cancel or alter the tour.
Credit and Cash SalesAgents duly appointed as Credit Agents will be provided separate agreement together with a Credit limit and access to the booking system, Login ID codes provided to personal of such agent will be the sole responsibility of the Agency. Each agency will be responsible to monitor the activities of the users for all reservations, payments and cancellation penalties.
An Agent who does not have Credit facilities can pay by Visa & Master Card through Jewel Booking online system. To enter the credit card details for reservations, bookings will be confirmed only after Jewel Booking received approval payment from Visa and Master Card within few seconds. Once the booking is "confirmed" agent can print out the vouchers and invoices. Using Visa or Master Credit Card through Jewel Booking online system, agent is fully responsible for these credit cards payments. Agent also fully responsible for all bookings made under the Agent ID, Username and Password belong to the agent.
CancellationsThe booking system indicates cancellation period for each hotel before the booking is finalized and accepted as confirmed. Every such cancellation request will be treated as a request to formally enter into a legal binding contract according to the terms and conditions in the system.
When a hotel booking is cancelled before the cancellation deadline, the status of such booking will be changed to Cancel Confirmed as indicated in the “Statue booking need attention” opening page; such cancellation are without penalty and will be confirmed by email. When a booking is cancelled after the cancellation deadline the status of the booking will change to Cancel Charge in the “status booking need attention” opening page; and will be confirmed by email.
When details of the cancellation penalty are not specified, it is the responsibility of the Agent to obtain clarification from Jewel Booking prior to making bookings. The failure by Jewel Booking to exercise the cancellation period does not signify a waiver of the right to charge such cancellation charges.
AmendmentsAmendments can be made to any booking within the inventory prior to the cancellation deadline. Any amendments after the deadline will invite cancellation charges as indicated in the cancellation deadline clause.
PaymentsThe Agent with a Credit Line will have access to view its credit limit and balance under “Credit Limit” on the opening page after logging into the www.jewelbooking.com Website
If Credit payments are not made as detailed in the “Credit Limit” above or the Travel Agents credit limit has been exceeded, the online booking facility will be automatically suspended. To re-activate the account; payment should be made in full or our finance department should be contacted.
Credit agents who wish to pay by bank transfer have to transfer the payment to the following bank accounts.

Any refund request should be reported within 32 days in writing with proof from the respective service provider.
Partial refunds received in writing with proof within 32 days will be verified from the service provider, if any amount is partially refundable or totally non-refundable. Such cases will be processed after confirmation from the service provider and will be final and binding.
Under no circumstances an Agent can deduct payment from an invoice either partial or in total without written approval from Jewel Booking.
Refunds will be processed within a period of 32 days only, No further claims will be considered after a refund case is finalized and paid.
Jewel Booking is not itself a provider of accommodation, ground services, tours or any services provided nor does it control the third parties who provide such services in connection with arrangements offered within the booking system.
Jewel Booking does not accept and hereby excludes all liabilities for the acts or omission whether negligent or otherwise of airlines, coach operators, tour operators, cruise / excursion companies, hoteliers or any person providing services in connection with the requested bookings made herewith.
Jewel Booking further accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its control, where the featured properties and services in this agreement are booked by the agent and do not meet the expectations of your customers.
Jewel Booking shall not be liable for and shall be indemnified by the agent in respect of any loss either direct or indirect third party claim suffered as a result of any incorrect or incomplete booking confirmed by the system.
Complaints and ClaimsAll complaints are governed by the Liability clause (above) within the system, however all complaints should be lodged immediately with the provider of the service and also lodged with Jewel Booking who will earnestly endeavor to resolve or clarify such complaints without any liability.
All complaints should be reported immediately to the service provider, Hotelier, Supplier during guest stay, failure to do this would result in Jewel Booking ignoring the complaint. In any event Jewel Booking should be notified of all complaints within in 15 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
The agent shall bear full responsibility in an event the customer acts abnormally or displays antisocial behavior. Jewel Booking or it’s designated Service provider reserves the right to immediately cancel the customer stay and the agent will be charged for any amounts arising for the delinquent behavior of the customer which may be subject to a claim by a third party.
Law and JurisdictionAll disputes arising out of the aforementioned terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of Democratic Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
